This recently renovated hotel lies in one of Barcelona’s most prestigious districts, just a short walk from the grand, central boulevards of Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia.

Surrounded by the distinctive streets of Gràcia, the Via Augusta is close to numerous examples of the city’s famous Modernist architecture. Gaudí’s La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are all within easy walking distance, as well as numerous lively bars and smart restaurants.

The good location near public transport.

The breakfest omlette and sousages wasn't even warm (I came at opening of the restorant). no view outside the window from my room, only the wall. :( so the room was good for sleeping only.

The cleanliness, polite staff, helpfulness, central location in Via Augusta.

The front rooms got a lot of noise from the busy road outside, rear room was quiet and more spacious.

Good location - shops, bars, restaurants, metro close by but not noisy and good Spanish feel.Great hotel. Better than a 2-star.

Location is not downtown but the hotel is very well connected with train and metro. Takes not more than 5-10 mins to Catalunya. Staff is friendly and could speak relatively good English. Wi-fi is for free and connection is good.

If you choose a room do not choose a smoking one. It stinks heavily. Beds are not the best thing that can happen to you (not too bad either).

The location: it's near metro and the mainly things in the center.

Have a livingroom or bar downstairs to the clients read or take a drink, because the singles roons are very small.

Locality..close to the very easy to use metro. Staff very helpful

Clearly an older building, but renovated to a high standard, but retaining some original features. On checking in we were given an extra key card, so that the air conditioning could be left on while we were out.
