The hotel was decorated in quite a modern style, it was fresh and clean. There was always somebody at reception. The room was cleaned daily and the room was a good size. It was located in quite a busy road and as a result there was a lot of traffic noise. The hotel could do with some double glazing. Also eventhough there is coffe/tea making facilities in the hotel, it would be good to have a kettle in the room. |

The location was convenient to some of the sights and metro. The room was small, smaller than some other Hostels I have stayed at and here was no where to store my luggage in the room. Don't bother to pay for their Breakfast, it's not worth it. |

Clean room. Room was far too stuffy and hot. We needed to open the door to have enough air, and the noise outside was unbelievable. Disappointing considering how nice the room was for the price. |

The room air conditioner did not work properly. Three successive, separate inquiries were made to staff, and they never provided a solution. They said it should work, or it may get colder, but never sent anyone to experience the problem or fix it. It made the night's sleep very difficult due to the high temperature and humidity. No offer was made to switch rooms or provide compensation. |

The location was quite convenient to the Metro, and the room had a lovely balcony, from which one could see all the way to the ocean. |

Good location and low price. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the night shift team. The toilet seat was leaking and the washroom stink. The room is bit noisy early in the morning when the traffic starts. During the weekend, it will get noisy around 8am and weekday around 7am. if you close the window is slightly better |

The service was excellent, dedicated staff with very very good client servicing and hospitality and they were very helpful even for us as tourist for the first time in the city. very cooperative and personalized service Not really, the mattress was too hard. but for a short stay you really don't mind this, specially for the price range we paid. |
