If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The apartement was neat and clean, in a great location. Although the unit overlooked the street, it was amazingly quiet. The elevator was handy after a long day or after shopping. The building was very secure, with good tenants. Next time we return to Barcelona (in a year) we intend to ask for the same unit.

The partment was a good value for the money. To make it perfect, the refrigerator needed defrosting and the bed was comfortable enough, but not great.

This is the first time we had stayed in an apartment and found it an excellent option instead of a hotel. We have a young child who could run around in the adequate space. This apartment was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere which is truly the best way to see a city and experience their culture.Please note that if my complaints were fixed this would be a great place to stay.

Firstly,they charge 50 euro for cleaning & the apartment was less than clean,carpets in the bedrooms were stained & sticky.The dished were not clean,paint was falling off in the bathroom,mats in the lounge were just disgusting. The apartment had an iron which blew up while I was holding it & the bathroom lights blew and then there was the smell of burning electrical wiriing.Very scary.

Excellent location, a comfortable studio apartment, big, well designed interior

Noisy during the night (a main street below with people talking late in the night, and the apartment sindows do not stop the noise).
