Everything about the hotel, and the location of the hotel, within walking distance to the metro station, to various restaurants and eatery places, and the price was very reasonable and quite cheap. nothing, just the small elevator..but other than that, it was great. |

the hotel is in a good location, but have your wits about you! Also the twin rooms have an open bathroom- which is useless if you aren't a couple. but all in all good value for money The bathroom had no door so had to sit in the corridor while a friend had a shower |

The hotel is situated in excellent place, near La Ramlba street, Plaza Catalunia and old city - it gives great opportunity to rest a little after all day walks and spend evening/night around. Very uncomfortable beds |

- proximity of center; you feel relative secure because of police riot van parking before the hotel; helpful staff - dinners are extra paid (and french-style); not all reception staff speaks foreign languages; prices are little high (we made our reservation at last moment, so it was 50% cheaper, but if you pay normal price, you can find that value for money is not-so-good); night life (plenty of prostitutes, 24/24, but they are present also at Las Ramblas, so it's not only this hotel location's problem) |

The receptionist was extremely helpful and recommended some great restaurants to us. They were friendly and I appreciated that a lot. The location was great and close to two subway stops. The hotel has this eerie feeling about it that made us feel quite uncomfortable at first. Its the oldness of the elevators...it's clean, but yet it feels dirty (perhaps because it was so old!). Also the lights are motion sensored so you have to walk through the dark before the lights come on which also felt quite scary. |

Very close to the most interesting parts - "La Rambla, Barri Gottic, placa reial, the port). breakfast is not bad for the 5 euro's it costs. bad area - prostitutes work near the entrance. bathroom - horrible shower - no courtain-so you splash water all over the floor when you shower, and there's no wiper so either you stay with the puddles on the floor or you wet all your towels to dry it up. |

very close to las ramblas, very good public transport connections. Very friendly hotel staff, 24/7. noisy saturday night - you arrive back at hotel walking through redlight area (which is just a sidestreet really - no one ever bothered us personally), people hanging out under hotel's windows. |

The staff spoke English and were friendly. The phone wasn't working, there was no way to make calls from the hotel. Also, there were ants in the hotel room -- it wasn't clean. |
