it is a vary safe hotel nice staff the cleanliness of the rooms my friend got scabies and there is mice so you cant have food around because as we lerned they will eat all ur chocolate |

I am sorry, but the only great thing in hotel was TV. Everything else did not make me happy. Cleanliness, cleanliness and one more time cleanliness. Someone before in our room had been through up - the room smelled bed. The air condition was bad. As well the mouse or rat - during the night someone has been eating a chocolate in our handbag! The hotel is not worth of three stars! |

Excellent location and breakfast wasn't bad. I had a problem with my credit card being cancelled a few weeks before my arrival. VISA had contacted the hotel about this who had cancelled my room but had not told me this! Luckily they were able to re-accomodate me. |

I have been staying at the Cordial on a regular basis for the past ten years. In that time it has changed owners several times and each time improvements have been made to what is a basic European hotel. It is always clean and the staff are always very nice. The location is excellent. |

only the location we found a mouse in the room and the stuff did nothing for us but only being sarcastic and they changed our room to a worst one. breakfast too poor, the room very old and smelled mould, shower destroyed, we heard the people from the other rooms. |

The staff were fantastic! Really really nice and freindly and would do anything for us. They should be commended for their customer service skills. The brekfast was not exactly a meal to write home about! |

the location was the best part and the room was fairly comfortable the room could have been a little warmer and a kettle in the room would have meant all the difference besides going down to reception for tea or coffee |
